Oscar is a proud father of two, typically distracted but loving husband.
Baseball fan, good food…, or just food lover.
Faith, music, and education are interconnected in his life, and it reflects in the ways he serves at church and in the community. Encouraging and supporting kids in their process of “learning of God” is a challenging but rewarding journey that he is committed to.

Jesus follower, Wife, Mom, Worship Leader, Musician, Teacher. Passionate about faith, family and serving others. With a grateful heart I use my talents to glorify God and bring joy to others. Proud to be First Baptist Church Music Director.

Cori Catellier
Missions Team Chair
Cori has been at First Baptist Church since 1966. She really enjoys being a part of the Mission’s team and participating in the mission trips. She is one of the teachers for the school-aged students during Joy Club. She taught preschool for 40 years and is now a sub for the Lionheart Academy at our new location.
She has been married for 44 years and has three children, their spouses, and is MumC to nine grandchildren.
Jennifer Hollingshead
Congregational and Community Care Team Chair
Jennifer is a 4th generation member of First Baptist Church of Greenwood and has served on many teams over the years. In her professional capacity, she is the School To Work Specialist for Aspire Economic Development + Chamber Alliance. Jennifer volunteers as a board member of Restore Old Town Greenwood, Inc. Some of her favorite ways to spend a weekend is doing crafts, playing games, and watching movies. Jennifer and her husband Charlie have one daughter, Charlotte, who attends Ball State University.
Rev. Dr. Sean D. Holloway
Lead Pastor
Even though I am a ‘second career’ minister with a background in emergency services, I have been proudly serving this Church since 2016. My wife of 25+ years and I hail from Illinois (near the St. Louis Metro area), but have spent time in Kansas as well. During football season, you will hear us screaming for the Chiefs! Teaching, preaching, enjoying great fellowship and men’s ministries, are my passions here at FBC-G. Along with being a ‘Trekkie,’ I also enjoy movies, reading and Xbox!
Jim Oxley
Property Team Chair
Jim is a long-time member of First Baptist Church, joining in August 1975. He has held many leadership roles at First Baptist and enjoys serving the church and helping to grow its ministry in Christ.
Jim has spent most of his professional life in management within different market sectors. Currently, he operates CIV Consulting Services, LLC.
Jim has been married to his wife, Mary, for almost 49 years, and they have two daughters and five grandchildren. Mary and Jim have walked closely with Christ, especially since their youngest daughter, Kate, was called home at 24.
Preston Pinegar
Director of College and Career Ministries
Preston is a third-generation member of First Baptist Church of Greenwood. He is pursuing a dual-major Bachelor's in Biblical Studies and Accounting through Indiana Wesleyan University with plans to support the missions field upon completion of his degree. Preston is an avid golfer, fan of the Pacers, Colts, and Reds, and enjoys attending the Indy 500 each year.

Carrie Richardson
Administrator
With a heart full of faith and a passion for lifting others up, I thrive in my role as FBC's Administrator. When I'm not busy keeping things running smoothly at the church, you can find me totally engrossed in true crime stories that keep me on the edge of my seat. Reading, baking, and hanging out with my family are my happy place. Serving this congregation is a source of joy and pride for me. It's incredible to witness the transformation and growth within the individuals I serve.
Greg Seiter
Moderator
A lifelong member of First Baptist, Seiter, who also plays drums for the FBC Praise Team, is a first-time church moderator. He is a native south-side resident with roots tracing back to the University of Indianapolis and Perry Meridian High School.
With an extensive background in communications, public relations and media relations, Seiter works as the director of internal communications for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. A nationally published freelance writer, he also serves as editor of SOUTH magazine.
Seiter and his wife, Denise, have two children—Preston and Alaina.
Angie Smith
Worship Team Chair
Angie is married with 2 young adult children. She has previously served as a volunteer on various teams. She is excited to be serving as the chair of the worship team. Angie is looking forward to seeing how God used our new facility for His glory.
Sheila Wessel
Church Clerk
Sheila is retired, but worked previously as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President.
Her hobbies include traveling, book club, crafts and learning new programs on the computer.
She has one daughter and son-in-law and two grown grandsons.
Sheila has been a member of First Baptist Church of Greenwood since 2008. She's excited for the future of the church in its new location within the community and the partnership with Lionheart Academy.
